Sypro’s added functionality includes automated notification text and email alerts which
inform users of risks that may affect the project outcome. Ideal for users out in the field.
The project manager can specify which users receive automated alerts and those users can
be contacted and reminded if they have missed a deadline or if action is required.
What’s more, other users can be notified. Levels of alert can be set so that senior project
managers are only alerted when a significant risk is identified and vice versa. This ensures
the right people are notified at the right time.
